First pair of R.A.Ds?

If you are purchasing your first pair of R.A.D footwear you are eligible for free standard shipping. On your first pair of R.A.D® ONES, use code RADROOKIE at checkout. On your first pair of R.A.D® R-1s, use code R1ROOKIE at checkout.

Codes can be used once. No minimum spend applies. US customers only.

You are also eligible for an extended 30 day return policy from delivery - no questions asked. Applicable once per model of shoe. Applied automatically.

Changing an order 

At this time, we cannot make changes to orders once placed. 

Cancelling an order 

If you change your mind after placing your order we may be able to stop it being shipped, but this isn’t guaranteed. Please contact us at support@rad-global.com and we will try to help. Please note, our support team is not available 24 hours a day. 

If we cannot stop it being shipped you can return the item using the returns process outlined here

US shipping 

Orders typically leave one of our global warehouses 1-2 business days after the order is placed and are delivered within 5-7 business days after dispatch. You will receive an email with your tracking information once your order ships. If you do not receive a shipping confirmation email within 3 business days of placing your order, please get in touch with us at support@rad-global.com

There is a charge of $6.99 to ship any order via economy services to mainland USA. Orders to Puerto Rico, Hawaii and Alaska have a $25 charge.  

Your order may be sent from any of our global warehouses however, you will not be charged more for this.

All orders will be sent via a non-signature FedEx service, which means your parcel can be delivered to your doorstep. We would advise you to sign up for a FedEx Delivery Manager account to manage your delivery. This will allow you to hold or reschedule your delivery
